- Where is your store located?
Fox & Bond is exclusively e-commerce and at this time we do not have a brick and mortar location. But, we understand that sometimes you just need to see things in person, so we offer a very friendly Returns & Refunds policy, see below.
- How do you handle Returns and Refunds?

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! To order a piece and have it shipped to somewhere other than the continental 48 states, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get a shipping quote for you. International transactions are FINAL SALE.
- Do you offer layaway?
Fox & Bond is to happy to offer layaway and once the item has been paid in full, we will ship the item to you via UPS insured shipping. We typically ask for a deposit of 50% of the total sale price and then 2 subsequent payments of 25% over the following 2 months. However, we are also happy to discuss other possible options if a different payment structure is needed. Email us at email@example.com with any further questions or to inquire about putting a specific item on layaway. Please also note that items on layaway are considered a final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- What if a piece breaks or needs a repair?
First of all, DON'T panic! Although we have our expert jeweler thoroughly check all pieces before sending them out to you, with any piece of jewelry (and especially rings) these things can and do happen with normal wear and use. It even happen to us... We handle each repair on a case-by-case basis, so get in touch and we'll get the process started for you.
- What if I want to purchase something that has been SOLD?
Although each antique piece of jewelry is unique, we are always on the hunt and might come across something similar. Please use the "Inquire about this item" button on the piece you are interested in to let us know how best to contact you in case we find your match. Feel free to include any other specific information regarding your timeline and/or budget.
- I see on some descriptions you say things are approximately measured. What does that mean?
With antique jewelry, it's very difficult to exactly measure stones without taking them out of their mountings. We use tools and formulas meant specifically for this process which give us very close, if not exact, measurements.
- How do we know everything in the descriptions is correct?
We do our absolute best to correctly date items and styles, identify stones and their corresponding cuts, and give any and all known facts about our pieces. Any errors or omissions are accidental and non-intentional. But you can rest assure knowing that we look at antique and vintage jewelry every. single. day. and we know our stuff! - I love one of your rings, but it's not my size. What do I do?
Each ring has a range of sizes it can changed to. We've listed them out on the individual product pages. The price you see associated with each size is based on a variety of factors including time, labor, metals, and making the work match. Please note that once a ring has been resized by Fox & Bond, it's non-refundable and non-returnable. We love and respect antique jewelry and believe in preserving each piece's integrity by limiting the amount of work each piece undergoes. If you have any questions about the sizing of a piece before you place your order, use the "Inquire About This Item" box on the item and we will give you as detailed of an answer as possible! We will need 1-2 weeks to size the ring, so sit tight, we're making it perfect for you!
- What if I order a ring, have it sized, and I want to return it?
Rings that have been resized by Fox & Bond, or any other jeweler, are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do our best to preserve each piece as much as possible and try to limit the amount of work each piece undergoes. If you have it sized or have any alterations made on your own, we cannot accept the return. See our RETURNS AND REFUNDS page for more details.
- What if I want to place a custom order but I need it sooner then the time stated?
Always reach out to us, there's a chance we might be able to rush your order. Use the CONTACT page, or the "Inquire About This" box on the item you are interested in.
- What is an F & B Conversion?
F & B Conversion's are pieces of antique or vintage jewelry that we have given a modern update to. Example...we find an amazing Victorian stick pin that we want to wear in a more modern way, we might make it into a ring. Ya dig?
- What if I want to get my piece of jewelry gift wrapped?
We are more than happy to beautifully wrap your package for you and include a hand written note. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line, and we will wrap it up!
