We can't get enough of starburst gypsy rings; especially the old, Victorian ones! According to its English hallmarks, this Victorian gypsy ring dates back to Birmingham circa 1896, yet feels fresh and modern for today. This 18K yellow gold ring features three gypsy set stones with starburst settings. The center old cut ruby measures about 2.88 mm in diameter. It's flanked by two old cushion cut diamonds, each about 0.07 carats, for a total diamond weight of approximately 0.14 carats. The sides of the ring have an engraved scrolling design, adding interest without making it overly ornate. At a later date, the inside of the ring shank was engraved with "M.E. to E.R. 9-68". We love finding past love mementos on jewelry!
