the story

The Mano Cornuto has multiple meanings... Our favorites symbolize good luck and rocking hard!

This vintage large scale charm is done in 14 karat yellow gold and moulded hollow in the form of a hand with tons of personality.  It hangs on a 16 inch 14 karat yellow gold chain, hitting the perfect spot.

Mano meaning "hand" and corno meaning "horn", is an ancient Italian amulet.  The hand gestures with the index and little fingers extended while the middle and ring fingers are curled into the palm, referencing the horned head of an animal.

The back of the hand is dented, which can be common for hollow charms of the era.  We feel its detail and large scale make up for it!

It's super cute as a stand alone piece, stacked with other necklace, or worn with other charms on one chain.

If you would like to purchase the charm alone without the chain, use the "Inquire About This Item" button below and we'll make it happen for you!

Sorry that this beauty got away but don't lose hope just yet!  Although each antique piece is unique, we are always on the hunt and might come across something similar.
